Hello!  I’m Rob Nelson.  Welcome to my campaign site!

Sincere thanks to everyone who voted on Tuesday and to especially to all who pitched in with yard signs, braved the weather to distibute literature, talked with their friends, and generally supported me in my re-election bid!  I think the results indicate that there's still a place for civility and respect in local politics.

Congratulations to all who ran for office--not just the winners, but everyone who was willing to put their name and their neck out there.  Democracy doesn't work if we don't have choices, so I truly appreciate all those who made the effort and want to contribute to making our communities the best that they can be.  If you're interested in the full election results, you can find them at the Sauk County Clerk's web site.

Again, thank you for your support, and I hope I can reward your confidence by doing a better job during my second term.
